don't see any other info related to the crash yet but this is CRAZY to see and idk if there's any serious injuries or not... or if the brakes completely failed

Yes, that incident appears to be either brake-failure, a stuck throttle system, or someone asleep at the wheel.
True brake/throttle-failure incidents are not unheard of, but quite rare....more likely driver-error/inattention.

It appears to be sped up a bit. If you look at the seconds clicking off on the dashcam and also the speed the CRV pulls away. Not a lot, but some.
Also strange how the red Toyota/Scion barely slowed down after having all that take place right beside them. I never really trust these things fully unless a story is right there.

That is not taking a off ramp way too fast, that is just suicidal speeding/complete recklessness. Was he trying to evade the police, that was well over 100mph that no car could recover from or make that turn.
