  • 100 gm of multigrain atta
  • 50 gm of sprouts
  • A few coriander leaves
  • 50 ml curd
  • A pinch of salt
  • Water - as required
  • 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

    Mix atta, curd, salt, water in a wide bowl, and knead them to form a stiff dough.

    Mix other ingredients - sprouts, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, salt - in another bowl.

    Make small dough balls and roll it on your countertop with a roller pin.
